Ettalong Public School's orientation program, 'HeadStart,' commences in Term 4. This quality program provides an opportunity for incoming Kindergarten students to become familiar with the school environment and build relationships with teachers and peers. Children will enjoy four fun-filled mornings of stories, games, singing, and dancing.
During this time, parents and carers are invited to attend information sessions to learn more about what their child's schooling experience will be like at Ettalong Public School. Children will be assigned to a HeadStart group during their Family Meeting with our Early Stage One Assistant Principal in September.
The aim of this hub is to allow parents and Early Childhood Educators easy access to resources that will assist in the transition to school and the early stages of Kindergarten. Getting ready for primary school
